The staff's warmth and hospitality compensated for our initial room hiccup, swiftly providing a more comfortable alternative to ensure our stay was pleasant. With free parking and a decent breakfast spread, Mercure catered well to family needs. Our room, though not grand, boasted a cozy charm, with a comfortable bed ensuring restful nights. The proximity to Wieck, an old fishing village that stole our hearts, was an unexpected delight. Moreover, being only a short drive away from the enchanting islands of Rügen and Usedom, we found plenty of family-friendly excursions to indulge in, relishing every moment of our stay. Mercure Hotel's serene atmosphere and thoughtful amenities set the stage for a memorable family retreat.
